Yes, Institute of Home Economics, Delhi University, is well-regarded for its B.Sc programs. The college has a strong reputation for academic excellence, experienced faculty, and good placement opportunities. It's known for providing a supportive environment for students to excel in their chosen field of study. Institute of Home Economics Overall ranking by NIRF is 75 out of 200 colleges in India in 2022.

The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.3 LPA. Many government and private schools visit their college for hiring the students. The Special Scholarship Scheme of the Government of India for creation of 2 supernumerary seats for the students of Jammu and Kashmir shall be implemented for all regular three year undergraduate courses at the Institute of Home Economics DU .
