No, it is not possible to take admission in the Institute of Home Economics, Delhi University  for  B.Sc. programme without CUET. The Institute of Home Economics conducts admissions to its undergraduate programs, including B.Sc., based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores

No, admission to Institute of Home Economics, University of Delhi, does not allow direct admissions any more. For admission to undergraduate courses, candidates are required to appear for the CUET-UG entrance exam, and for admission to postgraduate courses, appearing for the CUET-PG entrance exam is necessary.
