The admission of IHM's are based on the rank in NCHMCT exams then the 12th percentage. 60% is the minimum eligibility to appear for NCHMCT.

Yes it is very possible. IHM has a very good reputation and a lot of campus placements. Hence abroad jobs are possible, however you require good experience and knowledge for the same.
