Both the colleges are equally good. But IHM-Kolkata is better than IHM-Bhubaneswar in terms of placement. For updated information on the placement get in touch with the current students or alumni of the college.

Both are good in their placements. IHM, Kolkata also provides abroad placements As per your rank you can opt for the college.

These both the colleges are good in all terms. You just need to see which is the most preferred college for you.

In first round it is difficult but in other rounds you can easily get the seat.

IHM Kolkata is the better choice. This is due to their better placement records. And affiliation to the Government via NCHMCT and Ministry of Tourism .

You have a chance of getting into IHM-Kolkata. But, last year's statistics shows that general category closes a few ranks above you. But, this year it may change for the better or the worst. There is an admission predictor in shiksha website. Check that out.

Chennai is better.for its placements although you should also have a good rank

Your chances are extremely slim for the above mentioned IHMs. But there are other IHMs you could try out.

The minimum qualification for hotel management entrance exam is 10+2 with science. The knowledge of English is very essential in hotel industry and thus English is also a compulsory required subject as per qualification required for entrance exam.
