IIHM is affiliated to University of Mumbai and MSBVEE etc. While IHM Mumbai is an autonomous institute and working under Ministry of Tourism, government of India. So IHm Mumbai is a Central government Institute. The admission in IIHM are based on Merit in qualifying exam while the admission in IHM Mumbai are based on NCHMCT JEE entrance exam conducted by NTA. Both colleges are good but for placement point of view I am with IHM Mumbai.
