To be eligible for the B.Sc. (Hospitality Management) course at the Institute of Hotel Management Hyderabad, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Additionally, English must have been a subject of study in the qualifying examination.
Admission to this institute is entrance as well as merit-based. IHM Hyderabad accepts NCHMCT JEE and NCHMCT MSc JEE score for admission to BSc and MSc course, respectively.

Both of them are very good institutes in INDIA. Comparison between them can be done as;
IHM Hyderabad :
Pros: Lower fees, lower cost of living, laid-back atmosphere, excellent faculty and facilities, good placement records.
Cons: Newer institute with less brand recognition.
IHM Delhi:
Pros: Older and more prestigious institute, better brand recognition, better placement records for higher-paying jobs.
Cons: Higher fees, higher cost of living, more competitive atmosphere.

IHM Hyderabad cutoff 2025 has been released for Round 1. As per the cutoff list, the closing rank for BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration was 2413 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. The cutoff has been released as opening and closing ranks for different categories of students under the AI quota. For a detailed category-wise split, refer to the table below:

IHM Hyderabad offers UG and PG courses in Hospitality Management. At the UG level, the institute offers B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration and at the PG level, the institute offers M.Sc. in Hospitality Administration. IHM Hyderabad admission to BSc and MSc courses is based on NCHMCT JEE scores and NCHM MSc JEE scores, respectively followed by the counselling of each.
