As per your rank in the entrance, you can easily get a seat in IHM Hyderabad. You should apply for this college at the time of counselling. In first or second round, you will get a seat.

Your first preference should be IHM-Delhi, then IHM-Mumbai, IHM-Kolkata, IHM-Patna. But, with this rank in entrance, you can get admission in IHM-Patna only. Other IHMS will be difficult for you.
Best of luck.
