IHM Lucknow and IHM Chandigarh both accept the scores of NCHMT JEE for admissions to BSc courses. Hence, the admission process is almost similar for both institutions, as the first requirement is that candidates must complete their higher senior secondary with English, then they must appear for NCHMT JEE, followed by counselling. Therefore, it is hard to determine which institute is easier to get admission into for a BSc course.
However, the institutes can be compared on their closing ranks for the academic batch. For the last round, the cutoff for the AY 2025 for admissions to the BSc HHA course is mentioned below:

The IHM Lucknow BSc course is a three-year full-time BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. The entrance to the course is through National Council of Hotel Management & Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMCT JEE). Candidates should have cleared Class 12 with English as compulsory subject to apply. Candidates who clear the entrance exam must take part in counseling and seat allotment session in order to secure admission.

IIHM Lucknow offers MSc courses in only one specialisations i.e., Hospitality and Hotel Administartion. To get admission into this course, candidates must complete their bachelor's degree in hotel management stream from a recognised university or AICTE-approved institute. Additionally, for admission, the institute accepts NCHMCT MSc JEE scores + NCHMCT counselling. To get admissions into MSc, candidates must complete the basic eligibility criteria, then appear for the entrance exam, followed by a counselling process.

The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition Lucknow admit candidates to MSc HA courses based on merit in the NCHM MSc JEE exam. Candidates are shortlisted based on the exam score. A cutoff list is released to declare the minimum required marks for selected. Candidates with a score equal to or more than the cutoff marks have to take part in NCHM MSc JEE counselling. During the counselling round, the seat allotment procedure is carried out.

IHM Mumbai and IHM Lucknow both accept the scores of NCHMT JEE for admissions to BSc courses. Hence, the admission process is almost identical for both institutions, as the first requirement is candidates must complete their higher senior secondary with decent scores, then they must appear for NCHMT JEE, followed by counselling. Therefore, it is hard to determine which institute it is easier to get admission into BSc courses.
However, if the seating capacity for both colleges came into consideration, then the seating capacity for the BSc course at IHM Lucknow is 343 and the total number of BSc seats available at IHM Mumbai is 457.

NCHMM MSc JEE 2023 Counselling is ongoing. IHM Lucknow offers admission to MSc course through NCHM MSc JEE scores followed by NCHMCT JEE Counselling. In order to be eligible for admissions to IHM Lucknow MSc admissions, candidates must appear and meet the NCHM MSc JEE cutoff.
