MS Ghaziabad UC Campus does not accept any entrance examination scores for admissions to BBA courses. However, for admissions to BBA courses, the institute accepts the scores of higher senior secondary/Class 12 and releases the merit based on candidates' achieved scores. Moreover, the institute follows the admission guidelines according to the CCS University, Meerut.

Both colleges are good, but my first priority would be IMS Ghaziabad because is previous year placement is quite good when compared to FOSTIIMA. It also provides better facilities to students comparatively. You can read student reviews of students for both institutes on the Shiksha website.
