The eligibility criteria that is available on the official website of the college is candidates must complete their Class 12 from a recognised board of education. In addition, candidates must have studied Science subjects, including PCB/PCM/PCMB/Agriculture/Biotechnology.

In addition, IMSUCC offers BSc courses for the duration of three-years. Whereas, Gochar Mahavidyalaya offers BSc courses for the duration of three to four years.
