Students seeking admission at Integral University for the BCom (Hons) must meet the course-specific eligibility criteria. They must have completed their Class 12 in the relevant stream (Commerce or Science) with Mathematics form a recognised board. Candidates who meet the following eligibility criteria can apply to the MBBS programme at Integral University:
- The candidate must be at least 17 years old as of December 31st of the year of admission, which means they must have been born on or before December 31, 2007.
- The candidate must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually. For PwBD candidates, the minimum marks are 40% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology.
- Admission is through university-level counseling based on the rank obtained in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) for India

For admission to the MBA course at Integral University, students must pass graduation with 50% aggregate in any stream or pass BTech with 55% aggregate from a recognised university.
