Hi Simran,
Your budget is very low and options will be very hard to find. Secondly, you have a BBA so do you want to do a Bachelors in interior design again or a PG Diploma? You must also apply to a relevant programme, otherwise, colleges won't accept you. You must also submit portfolios to demonstrate your ideas and creativity. If you apply for a Bachelor's degree, you can apply for an education loan. Just check the college website first and inquire about different programs. Otherwise, check options in Italy, Netherlands, Malaysia, etc.

Every field holds ample opportunities. You must follow what your talent and heart tells you to chose. The most important factor is choosing the right college / institute and right mentor. Explore by visiting your desired colleges and talk to their students. That way you will be able to take right decision. Do no fall for Big building or large campus.
