Yes, you can take up a Diploma in interior designing after 10th. Alternately you can do 10+2 and then do a Bachelors in interior designing. The latter is a better option in fact in my opinion.

The official website of the institute is silent about the fee structure of the said course. I would advise you to get in touch with the institute directly for the information.

They do offer Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration which is a UG Diploma (virtual classroom) for the duration of 3 months. Please get in touch with the college to verify if you can apply with one back paper or not.
