Hi,
You don't need any age limit to become an interior designer. You can become an interior designer once you have set your goal to become one. All you need is your heart into it when you're learning the course and little bit of training under someone who is expertise in this field. Once you grab both theoretical and practical knowledge your set to become interior designer so there is no age limit you can achieve your goals.

Apply for a Bachelor's programme: B.Des in fashion designing or in interior designing or lifestyle and accessory designing or whatever you would love to. A Bachelor's programme will give you a better understanding about design, and also you will have much better career prospectus. That will enhance your skills as a professional designer, so that you can get good job opportunities. Every well recognised college of design conducts campus placements. After doing a Bachelor's degree, you will easily get a package of INR 3 Lacs per annum.

Common Entrance Examination for Design CEED is an countrywide examination conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology, GATE qualified candidates for IITs, National Council for Interior Design Qualification exam, National Level Entrance Aptitude Test (NLAT) conducted by the Institute, National Entrance Examination for Design (NEED)NID Entrance TestNIFT Entrance Exam, School of Fashion Technology (SOFT) Entrance Exam
So now, you can check out the dates as per the exams you would like to give.

Yes, there is a course of bachelor's in interior design at Amity University.
Admission Process:
Register and Apply:
Interested candidates can apply online with the required information.
Written Test:
Eligible candidates need to appear for the English Essay Writing Test conducted by the university.
Personal Interview:
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview based on marks obtained in Written Test.
Final Selection:
Candidates are selected based on past academic performance, score obtained in written test and performance in personal interview.
Candidates securing minimum 80% marks in 10+2 are exempted from the selection process
