Hi Urmila,
The diploma in Interior Design and decoration in Pune Institute of Applied Technology is a full time course and therefore there is no option to pursue it online or on part time basis. But the institute also has a short term certificate course of 5 months in Interior design which is a part time course. If you want, you can pursue the certificate course

Hi Namit
The admission in International School of Design is taken on the basis of your marks in graduation. They have a merit based process and hence, there is no entrance test.

Interior designing is a very good option. A lot of institutes are there which are providing this career option in India.
As you are very much particular about Kolkata,
there are many good colleges in Kolkata also. Few that I know are:
J.D Birla Institute,
Glamour School of Fashion and Interiors.
Many more are there. To know more, refer to the link that will provide you information collected by Shiksha:

Hi Gunjan,
All the institutes offering a Masters program in interior designing generally have a common entrance test that assesses your quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, English language and general knowledge. Thereafter, some institutes might conduct creative aptitude tests which generally includes drawing tests and portfolio. Since you are already pursuing a Diploma in interior designing, it should not be difficult for you to clear creative aptitude test.

Hi Shivam,
Well, you must check with universities directly. If your Bachelor's degree is from a recognised board and you meet admission requirements, you can of course. Write to some universities abroad and see, all have different admission requirements so you have to check all the requirements separately. After contacting them gradually, you will have an idea.
