There are many job opportunities which are available to interior design professionals. Design professionals have a choice to work in a supervised setup (Design studios and Interior design firms) or work independently. The Government sector is also known to hire interior design professionals. Government sector jobs in PWDs, Municipal Corporations, and Town Planning Departments are available to interior design professionals and are known to recruit such professionals. Hello, I don't think there is any added advantage of doing a course in interior design after Bachelors in Architecture, since and an Architecture Graduate would already be equipped with basics of Interior design. Yes if your interest and passion lies in interior design and you want to work as an interior designer than an architect then you can pursue a course in interior design which would enhance your skill set. An Architecture student passing out from any college has following opportunities which also includes Interior design, He/She may wish to be
Entrepreneurs
Architects (Junior/ Senior)
Furniture design
Photography
Construction& Commun

Hi,
Go for the one which you are more interested in and passionate about, but if you are talking in terms of career scope and want to do a job in the same field then you should go for interior designing. If you will do a course in interior designing then you will easily get a starting salary of 2.5 to 4.5 LPA, but in wildlife photography, that too in India, I doubt you can get a good package.
