I will prefer you to do some degree courses also because in today's world degree is very important to get good job. And secondly, you can also do some short courses life event management and Vastu.

Yes, there is a difference.
1st- In BA interior designing, you will get a degree of BA in interior designing but in interior designing diploma, you will only get a diploma. A Degree has more value then diploma. 2nd- There will be difference in studies. You will get brief knowledge about Interior designing in diploma and in BA interior designing, you will study in detail.

Both are equivalent. So, it depends on you what you like the most. If you are good at sketching or have interest in apparel and accessories, then you should go for fashion designing but if you have more interest in decorating indoor or houses go for interior designing.

Age matters. So now, you can't do interior designing 4 years course but if you want to have a certificate that you had done interior designing. So, in that case, you can to diploma in interior designing.

There are no certificate programmes that are available India, but, you can pursue BBA programme if you have +2 qualification. If you have graduation as the qualification then you can opt for Master's degree.
