Yours expected JEE Main AIR is about 198370. The admission in IIITs is seems difficult at this percentile. However you can be hopeful for the following IIITs during special rounds of counselling.
1. IIIT Dharwad

No, you are not able to get admission on basis of CBSE board marks. You have give JEE Mains for IIIT and JEE Advanced for IIT.

Sir I got 59% in inter (math+phy+Che),including languages 63.3%,I got 89.89% in JEE mains,am I eligible for IIIT sir.

Yes you are able to get an admission in IIIT, Pune or IIIT, Hyderabad.

You can try for direct admission in BITS Pilani because you have top percentage in 12th pcm
