Getting a part-time job is not difficult in Italy. It will be easier if you learn to speak Italian. Many students find jobs in the university, call centers, restaurants, book and trade fair assistants, etc.

They don't offer free education, particularly to the international students. GMAT or GRE may be waived off depending on the university but you have to take IELTS. Kindly check this link for entry requirements:
