If you are registering for JAC Delhi counselling but yet you don't have your original class 12 marksheet, you can do the following:
Apply for a duplicate marksheet from your school or board. This process can take a few weeks, so it is important to apply as soon as possible. Upload a scanned copy of your marksheet in the JAC Delhi counselling application form. This will allow you to register for counselling and participate in the seat allocation process. Bring the original marksheet to the reporting centre when you go to take admission. This will be required for document verification. Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

The admission process is popularly known as JAC Chandigarh admissions. Since admissions are based on All India Ranks of JEE Main there is no entrance exam.

JAC Delhi (Joint Admission Counselling Delhi) considered the JEE Main All India Rank (AIR) for admissions to various engineering programs offered by the participating institutes. JAC Delhi considered the JEE Main rank of the candidate from the current year's session, which means the rank obtained in either session (Session 1 or Session 2) could be considered for admission.
