Yes, you are eligible. Yes, you can do so, but not as a regular course as you are a govt. employee. So, you can't do regular Master’s parallel to your job. You can do it as a distance course or part time masters which will be recognized by your job authority. All the best.

Hello Tariqul,
There is no management or NRI seats available in Jadavpur University. So, you can not take admission. Although there are various private universities available in India which accepts NRI students. You may try there.

Hello Arnab,
One can always study while serving any organisation. Here it's not the Jadavpur University but State Govt whose permission you need to take even before applying. Then you will have to think as to how you will attend classes, find time for study etc. But all these are definitely manageabl

If you are doing studies in botany then why are you going for B.Ed, which is not having much scope in future? Why don't you go for some extra degree which leads to better placement at some institution?

No, you will not get admission in JU through JEE Mains marks because JU doesn't consider JEE rank. It considers WBJEE rank.
