Candidates selected for Jadavpur University MCA course admission have to pay a seat acceptance fee of INR 5000 to WBJEEB. This fee is further adjusted with the course fee. The remaining amount that the candidates have to pay for the first year is INR 5,160. Moreover, the fee payment is accepted via offline and online modes. For online payment, candidates can pay via debit card/credit card. Further, the fee mentioned here is only for the first-year, hence, the total course fee can be approximately INR 10,320.

Yes, Jadavpur University offer full-time MCA course through its Department of Computer Science & Engineering. Admission to the programme is completely entrance-based. Candidates need to take the WBJEE JECA entrance examination and secure a good score to get a seat in this course. Moreover, only the course aspirants fulfilling the minimum eligibility requirements as prescribed by the university are eligible for admission to this course.

For Jadavpur University MCA admission, aspirants should have a valid three-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a UGC recognised institute/university with at least 60% aggregate (45% for SC/ST). The accepted UG courses are BSc in Computer Science, BSc (Hons) others, BA/BCom (Hons), BSc/BA/BCom - General, and BCA. It is also necessary that the candidate studied Mathematics at the UG level.
