JECRC Foundation offers admission to aspirants via REAP Counselling based on JEE Main scores, percentile in Class 12 or Diploma in Engineering and Technology. The first preference is given to aspirants with JEE Main scores. Candidates who are allotted seat have to reprt at the campus for document verification and fee payment.

Aspirants shortlisted for admission have to report at the college campus for document verification. Check below documents required at the time of admission at JECRC Foundation:
- Aadhaar Card or valid Photo-ID proof
- Class 10 marksheet and certificate (Date of Birth Proof)
- Class 12 marksheet and certificate
- JEE Main 2026 scorecard (if admission via JEE Main)
- Domicile Certificate (for Rajasthan candidates)
- Category Certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC/ MBC/ EWS) issued by competent authority
- Income Certificate (for TFWS candidates)
- Medical Fitness Certificate

Candidates have to fill out the REAP application form for JECRC Foundation. Aspirants need to provide college and course preference in the form. Candidates have to upload below documents while filling out the REAP form:
- Scanned photograph
- Scanned signature
- Scanned relevant marksheets
