CT Institute of Technology Jalandhar does offer direct admission to BTech. Although it does accept JEE Main score for admission but that is only optional. Candidates must have a minimum of 45% in Class 12 with PCM stream. Since you have 70% in Class 12, you can definitely get admission, provided you fulfilll the other entry requirements. The ultimate decision of admission is with the institute, basis the document submission and first-come-first serve basis.
