Hence, you can choose any major field like Statistics Operations Management, Accountancy, Actuarial Sciences, and many more. You can join academics after acquiring a bachelor's degree in Mathematics. Being a Mathematics student, you can pursue a career in data analysis which is currently in high demand. B.Sc. Mathematics in LPU help in constructing basic mathematical aptitude for crafting researchers and scientists of tomorrow for addressing the needs of the next century. Students may also get an international exposure option in which student may be given an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University subject to conditions. The main concern of every student and their parents is the job and LPU fulfills that requirement. According to the placement data of 2019-20 LPU has given jobs to 90% of their students appearing in the interview. Even in 2020-21 placement record was up to 72% considering the lockdown situation and rising cases of corona patients, LPU has delivered its promise. All my batch mates were working in reputed companies in India as well as abroad. If someone is planning their career in engineering, then I would suggest LPU. Due to its placement record, I have chosen Chandigarh University. The placement record is very strong at this college, according to me, and about 80 to 85 percent of students are put in large companies such as Google Infosys, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. We have an active career support team office that is exclusively made available to serve our carriers better. They also carry big companies who bid 6 to 7 Lacs per year, which can go up to 15 Lacs per year, to do the internship for the final placement. The school's technology is really strong and the whole college is provided by Google's full Wi-Fi and live lab. This college is the best in this selection, from my point of view. Here, in nature, the faculty members are also very strong and the greatest knowledge they have. They always encourage us to enhance you, and here study materials are provided with a fully online mode, which is very good to access anywhere you want at any time.
