General Eligibility Criteria:
Indian national as well as foreign national are eligible for JAM. Candidates applying for JAM should have Bachelor's degree, as a qualifying examination degree. The qualifying examination must be passed with minimum 55% aggregate marks (in all subjects including Languages and Subsidiaries, all years combined) without rounding off. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are required to obtain at least 50% aggregate marks, without rounding off. In case of grading system/CGPA, the equivalence in percentage of marks will be decided by the Admitting Institute. Candidates who are pursuing the qualifying examinati

Yes, you can apply for IIT JAM Exam. You need a graduation degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories. Hello,To appear in IIT JAM Exam you must have a graduation degree in an discipline from any recognized university with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories. IIT JAM Eligibility Criteria mandates candidates to hold a Bachelor's Degree. Candidates belonging to General/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category must have secured at least 55% aggregate in Bachelor's degree. The marks secured include all the subjects studied in the graduation in all the years, without rounding off the marks.
