  • Upload the necessary files.

July 14 was the deadline for submitting an application to be admitted to Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) in 2023. The chosen candidates' admissions procedure started on July 10.  
Other crucial dates for JMI entrance in 2023 are as follows:  

  1. UG and PG programs: On July 4, the results of the entrance exam were made public.
  2. Distance learning: August 31 was the cutoff date for UG courses.
  3. BA LLB: From April 12 to July 31, the application form was accessible.
  4. CUET postgraduate courses: up until May 5, the application form was accessible.
  5. Courses based on CUET Undergraduate Education: Applications were accepted until April 12.

Jamia Millia Islamia offers more than 500 seats overall for both BSc and BSc (Hons) programme at the campus of the university. BSc and BSc (Hons) at Jamia Millia Islamia is available across four and five specialisations, respectively. Additionally, for seat allotment, applicants scores in CUET/JMI Entrance Exam are considered. The seat break-up for both these courses is listed below:

  • BSc: 100+
  • BSc (Hons): 300+

Jamia Millia Islamia admission to various UG and PG courses such as MA, BA, BTech, etc. is based on JMI Entrance exam. JMI entrance exam scores are applicable for admission to various courses. However, in 2024, the JMI cutoff hasn't been released by the institute for the admission to BTech courses. Jamia Millia Islamia cutoff 2024 has seen a declining trend over the last three years with an increase in the last round closing ranks for BTech admission to Civil Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering specialisations for the students belonging to the General AI quota. So, going as per the last three years trend, the JMI cutoff is expected to rise for this year as well for B.Tech. admission. Certainly, you can apply for the Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) MBA programme if you hold a B.Com degree from IGNOU. The admission requirements for the JMI MBA programme are as follows:

1. A bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate GPA of 50%.
