Follow the steps to fill out the B.Tech application form at Jamia Millia Islamia
Step 1: Visit the official website of the university and click on the Apply Now tab. Step 2: The application form will open. Fill out all the details like email id, name, and others. Attach a photo and pay the application fee. Step 3: Then click on new registration. Fill out the registration form and activate the account with relevant details. Step 4: Sign in with relevant details. Then go to the application form and submit the form.

Spread across an area of 239 acre, the Jamia Millia Islamia University has an air-conditioned library with a collection of around 3.7 Lacs books. The Jamia Millia Islamia University's library has a reading hall and also facilitates a Digital Resource Centre offering access to digitised e-resources and e-Journals. Hostels are well-equipped with dining halls, a gymnasium, a mess, and Wi-Fi facilities. There are hostels accommodating around 1,200 students. The university is a partly residential campus.

JMI Entrance Exam scores are valid for admission in the current academic session only. The result of JMI Entrance Exam 2023 cannot be carried forward for admission in 2024-25 academic session. Therefore, if a candidate fails to qualify for JMI Entrance Exam 2023 or is unable to take admission in that academic year, he/she will have to appear for JMI Entrance Exam in the next year and take admission. After one year, JMI exam marks will be just another document or record to prove the appearance in the written test.

No, Jamia Millia Islamia does not send the JMI Entrance Exam result by post to any candidate. The result has to be viewed online from the official website of JMI Exam. Candidates must check their scores and take a printout of the result till the admission process is complete. The JMI Entrance Exam result is declared in the form of merit list which contains the candidate's individual score and the cut off for every category. Candidates meeting the cut off will be called for counselling or interview (if required).

Jamia Millia Islamia will announce the JMI Entrance Exam 2023 result declaration on the official website. JMI will also inform candidates who had appeared for the exam through SMS and email. Various media portals and social media platforms will announce the declaration of results. Test takers must keep a check on the official websites as well as opt for notifications or alerts at the news and social media platforms to get instantly notified about the declaration of JMI Entrance Exam result.

No. The result of JMI Entrance Exam will be released on the basis of the level of programme. Usually results for M.Phil and Ph.D. programmes are released later, as the admission process for such programmes is different as compared to other ones like undergraduate and postgraduate. Moreover, the JMI Entrance Exam Result is released separately for each course. In some courses interview is also conducted after the written test while for some courses candidates have to appear for counseling based on the cut off released by the university. Jamia Millia Islamia offers Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Admission to this course is done through JMI Entrance Exam. Candidates who qualify the written test and meet the cut off declared by the university are called for counselling. The exam pattern for B.A. Political Science is such that it consists of four sections: English, General Awareness, Reasoning and Social Awareness. JMI Entrance Exam is conducted for various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The exam pattern of all the courses is different. The pattern of some courses include only multiple choice questions, while some courses have a descriptive section as well. Hence, a candidate must go through the exam pattern before appearing for the test and prepare accordingly.
