As per the JMI cutoff 2024 for the Round 13 seat allotment, candidates won't be able to get into JMI with 50 percentile for M.Sc in Biotechnology, which is the only course available for the General AI category candidates.

Candidates seeking to join the PGDCA course at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) need to have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates will appear for the JMIEEE entrance exam based on which the selection will take place. The candidates whose scores are better would be called to counselling. As per the Jamia Millia Islamia cutoff 2024, B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and B.Tech. Jamia Millia Islamia's mass communication courses are taught at AJK MCRC or AJK Mass Communication Research Centre. To apply for these courses, aspirants must take the JMI Entrance Exam. It's a three hour long test. This is followed by an interview round. Candidates also have to showcase their portfolios. It must be noted that only postgraduate mass communication courses are offered at AJK MCRC.
