I will Suggest JBIMS because the fee is lower, batch strength is small and location advantage helps to attract best companies to campus.

Hostel life is good
The cost of a room will depend on location, area, and other factors
If three people share the room, per person would be Rs.8-10k
Hostel charges would be Rs.20k per year
