The selection criteria of Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur includes group discussion and Personal Interview for which students are shortlisted based on their Xavier Aptitude Test score. The selection process is conducted in February. Students who are selected for Group Discussion-Personal Interviews based on their Xavier Aptitude Test score are informed via email of the venue, date, and time.
