No, candidates with 45% in their Class 12 are not eligible to get admission to BArch courses at JNTUK. The university has demarcated the eligibility criteria to get admission into the BArch course i.e., candidates must have completed their Class 12 education with Physics and Mathematics as major subjects, achieving a minimum of 50% marks. In addition, JNTUK is a public university which is rigid in its eligibility criteria and admission process. To be admitted to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University's BArch programmes, applicants must first fulfil the basic eligibility requirements before moving on to the secondary eligibility requirements. Accordingly, aspirants must first achieved a minimum aggregate of 50% in their Class 12 from the PCM stream. Followed by valid scores on entrance exams. The university might accept the scores of NATA/ EAMCET for admissions to BArch courses. The eligibility criteria to pursue the MTech course at JNTUK are to complete Class 12 with a 50% aggregate with Physics and Maths as a subject. Candidates willing to be admitted to BTech at JNTUK must have valid eligibility criteria and entrance exam scores. JNTUK BTech admission is based on entrance examination i.e., EAMCET. Further, candidates must participate in the EAMCET counselling rounds for final seat allotment.
