Who decides the list of test cities for the JCECE nursing entrance?

The JCECE nursing test cities are decided by the conducting body, JCECEB. They release this list in the official prospectus every year for the aspirants. The cities are replaced also sometimes, and some new names get added, and older ones are dropped.
