JECRC University operates on a semester system for its BSc programme. Each academic year is structured into two semesters of six months, and candidates usually take a defined set of courses during a semester. It is divided into six to eight semesters. Furthermore, this full-time, three to four years programme is available at the UG level.

The JECRC University offers three to four years BSc programmes divided into six to eight semesters. The BSc courses follow the Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS). The course curriculum is designed based on the chosen subject and specialisation area. The university adopts a semester pattern for its BSc programmes to provide systematic learning to the applicants.

Admission for the BSc course is based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the last qualification examination. The valid scores in the CUET UG are aslo preferable by the university.
