You will get a CSE course in a low NIT which is not preferable. You should try to acheive a good rank at JEE Advance and get admission to top IITs.

No you cant get a seat at this rank, You should take a year drop and study hard to secure a good rank.

You can go for MnC at IIT Patna but I would say you should aim for top IITs with Electrical or ECE.

You should take electrical in IITs as there are many companies which are opened only for circuital branches.

Chances for getting in NIT or IIIT via JoSAA is too low for this rank bracket. You can try for other good colleges.

It is very hard to get good college for this rank.
