You can also get some 5 years course in IIT KHARAGPUR and IIT ROORKEE. I have mentioned only some options. There are also many other options available in lower IIT's with lower branches.

You can get CSE IN IIT DHARWAD, IIT PALAKKAD, IIT BHILAI, IIT JAMMU
ECE in ISM DHANBAD
MATHEMATICS AND COMPUTING in IIT GOA, IIT PATNA
If you can lower your branch choice than there are lot of options available for you in TOP IIT's like IIT KANPUR and IIT Kharagpur.

With 17200 rank, it's not possible to get into IIT Delhi for General Category Students. With 41200 rank you can get Mechanical Engineering at NIT Delhi and may get Electrical Engineering by CSAB-2.

For taking admission in IIT after drop is that you should not have taken admission in any of the IIT course previous year. There is not an issue if you take admission in NIT or IIITs and next year, appear for JEE Advanced (meeting all other eligibility criteria).
