Hello Taniya Shah, I am afraid you seems to be ineligible at least presently to seek admission in engineering colleges. This is so since, mathematics is considered as compulsory irrespective of branch. There is a choice for Chemistry. Student could take Biology instead. To help you I am attaching a

General Economically Weaker Sections (GEN-EWS) - 10 percent.
SC - 15 percent.
ST - 7.5 percent.
Non Creamy Layer of other Backward Classes ( OBC- NCL) - 27 percent.Persons with Disabilities - 5 percent in each category.
Minimum 55084 Rank is required & maximum 319419 rank is required.

In JEE Mains, if the percentile is less than 90 percentile (Cut-off) but among the top 1 Lacs ranks, am I eligible for JEE Advanced?

Hello Fawzad, yes, you are absolutely right. Top 2.5 Lacs students as per ranking will be allowed to appear for JEE Advanced irrespective of their percentiles. Best wishes to you.

The cut off for JEE Mains will be released after may session or each session will have their unique cut off.

Let me try to answer this year National testing agency will be conducting JEE Mains examination 4 times in the months of February March April and May.
