You are not eligible to apply for JEE 2023 because your last chance for appearing JEE is in 2020 since you have completed your 12th in 2018.
It doesn't matter whether you have written JEE in 2018,2019,2020 , you are not allowed to write your JEE in 2023. An individual can appear for JEE for three consecutive years after completion of 12th beginning from the year of 12th completion.
For detailed information go through the JEE eligible criteria data in its website.
There is no age limit for appearing the JEE exam, but you cannot write it after the three years of completion of your 12th board.

You are not eligible for JEE 2022. Because 2021 is your year of last attempt.
You are not eligible to apply for JEE 2022 because your last chance for appearing JEE is in 2021 since you have completed your 12th in 2019.
It doesn't matter whether you have written JEE in 2019,2020,2021 , you are not allowed to write your JEE in 2022. An individual can appear for JEE for three consecutive years after completion of 12th beginning from the year of 12th completion.

The Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and pass with 50% aggregate marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2022. or Pass with 50% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central or State government. (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2022.

Hi, Candidates who have passed any 10+3 Diploma exam with Mathematics as a subject and scored at least 50% marks are also eligible to apply for the NATA exam.

There are a total of 3 attempts for JEE Mains and 2 for JEE Advanced and these are applicable for consecutive years only. So, if you would complete your 12th board exam in the year of appearing in JEE or have completed it in the previous year then you are eligible for JEE.

If your brother missed the date, then apply for other state wise exams such as MHT CET WBJEE. Make a list of various exams which are being conducted state wise and apply for them. Best of luck for your future exam.
