With an 80 percentile in JEE Mains and belonging to the OBC category, you can get into several reputable CSE colleges. Some good alternatives are NITs such as NIT Warangal, Surathkal, and Trichy, where cutoffs for OBC applicants typically fall around this percentile. IIITs such as IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Delhi, and IIIT Allahabad also take JEE Mains scores seriously. DTU, NSIT, and Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology are all possible options. To make educated admissions decisions, investigate each institution's cutoff trends, eligibility criteria, and counselling procedures.

With a 99.366 percentile in JEE Mains, you have a strong chance of getting admission to several top NITs. You can aim for branches like Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, and Electrical Engineering at prestigious NITs such as:
- NIT Trichy
- NIT Surathkal
- NIT Warangal
- NIT Calicut
- NIT Rourkela
- NIT Allahabad (MNNIT)
Your high percentile opens doors to sought-after branches at these top NITs, ensuring quality education, excellent faculty, and strong placement opportunities. Participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counseling to maximize your chances of securing a seat in one of these esteemed institutions.

For JEE Advanced, you must to concentrate on all three courses. The exam covers all aspects of physics, chemistry, and mathematics, and failing any one of them will severely hurt your chances of receiving a good score. Every topic has a distinct value and weight. A strong showing in two topics might not make up for a weak showing in the third, since the total score counts. Furthermore, having a thorough understanding of every area offers a balanced approach and facilitates the successful handling of multidisciplinary problems.

Hi,
Sorry to say but you won't get any NIT with this percentile. You can only get a NIT if your home state cutoff is very low like Manipur Meghalaya etc. You can check Shiksha college predictor for this.
