Hello,
You have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you to be of general category. Yes, you can get the admission. However, not in a government college. Do search for some good private colleges.

No, you can't as NIT Trichy is among the best NIT with a good rank, so getting a seat with such a percentile is quite tough. Most of the students with 95+ percentile manage to get a seat in NIT, Trichy. Category wise somehow you can manage. Predict here you chances: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/re
