Yes, you can get a seat in sastra as you didn't mention any branch. So, you can apply and you can get your seat in sastra.

Even you can try for NITs which are newly opened but it depends upon your choice of field you are choosing. You can check to the official link below. You can get any seat definitely in sastra wait upto 3rd counselling after attending 1st counselling. You can get a better branch seat. As you didn't mention any priority of branch.

You have not write about the home state you belongs. Your expected JEE Main AIR is about 4880. Keeping the last year of trends in consideration, the following Colleges and courses can be the best option for you under other state quota.
1. NIT Trichy (EEE)
2. NIT Warangal (ECE)
3. NIT Surathkhal (ECE& EEE)
4. MNNIT Allahabad (ECE and IT)
5. NIT Bhopal (CSE and ECE). .
