Yes, you can sit for JEE Mains twice. Maximum number of times you can sit for JEE Mains is thrice. Example:
Candidates who appeared in class 12th/other qualifying examinations in 2015, did not pass in 2015, but passed in 2016 are also not eligible to appear in JEE (Mains) 2018. Candidates must have taken at least five subjects in class 12th/any other qualifying examination in order to be eligible for writing JEE (Mains).

Of course, you have considerable benefit. You have cleared JEE Mains once, if you maintain the same dedication and focus, you can clear it again. However, I would recommend you take admission in a college as your marks are quite good to recommend a drop year.

If you think you can manage the preparations without losing concentration, then go for it. Your class 12th marks suggest that you have the calibre to score 100+ marks in JEE. So, if you can prepare without being frustrated, go for it.

Aakash itutor is quite good I've used it in the past. I've also used etoos. They are also good but itutor is better as the faculty of aakash is up to the mark. It is better than to opt for itutor than going to their associated centre.
