The JIIT PGET 2024 exam will be conducted for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The candidates must reach the exam centre an hour before the exam to avoid any last-minute rush. The exam will be out of 100 marks and will consist entirely of objective-type questions, each with four answer choices. There will be no negative marking. Candidates are encouraged to answer all questions within the given time and to review their answers at least once to maximise their scores.

JIIT PGET exam is conducted for admission of eligible candidates to the ME/MTech programme of Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida. Candidates fulfilling minimum eligibility criteria will be admitted to M.Tech programmes on the basis of merit based on the score of GATE-2025/ JIIT-PGET2025. Applicants should have a valid GATE score in the concerned discipline of the M.Tech programme or should have qualified JIIT-PGET-2025 in the concerned discipline of M.Tech programme.

JIIT PGET is the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology Post Graduate Entrance Test. It is conducted by Jaypee Institute of Information Technology for M.Tech admission. M.Tech admission is done based on the JIIT PGET score or GATE score. The test will be conducted in Offline (Pen-Paper) mode at JIIT Sector-62 Campus as per the schedule. The MCQ (50 questions) based test will be of 100 marks of two hours duration.
