Jiwaji Gwalior fee structure for BTech in Chemical Engineering includes a total tuition fees of INR 93.14 K for the duration of 4 year. The University offers this course through the eligiblity of merit and entrance.

Jiwaji University offers a four-year BE programme which is considered equivalent to a BTech. At the time of admission to the BE programme at the university, candidates must present the following documents:

  • Copy of counselling registration form
  • Printout of score/merit obtained
  • Marksheets of Class 10 and Class 12
  • Caste Certificate
  • Migration certificate
  • Transfer certificate
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Income certificate for reserved category candidates
  • MP domicile certificate
  • EWS certificate from the competent authority
  • PwD certificate from the competent authority
  • J & K Migrant
  • Affidavit for a gap in studies
  • Two recent passport-size photographs

According to the Jiwaji University BCA admission criteria, candidates scoring 45% in Class 12 are eligible to apply for BCA admission at Jiwaji University, Gwalior. The university accepts students based on a valid score in the last qualifying exam. Hence, a students who has score less than 60% in Class 12 boards can apply for the course. However, application does not guarantee admission. Students will be shortlisted on a merit basis. Those who are not able to secure a seat at the university can check out other colleges and universities offering offline and online BCA courses

The mode of admissions at the Jiwaji University varies from one course to another. Jiwaji University admission is both merit and entrance-based. Candidates seeking direct admission to the university could apply for courses such as MA and MSc, in which the admission is given on the basis of the merit of the last qualifying exam. However, candidates wiling to take admission to other courses such as BTech and BA (Hons) must appear for the JEE Main and CUET UG entrance exams, respectively.

Jiwaji University BCom admission is entirely merit-based for the year 2024. The list of provisionally admitted candidates is prepared based on merit in the qualifying exams. Therefore, candidates can get direct admission at Jiwaji University for BCom.

If any candidate leaves the BCom programme or desires to cancel his/ her admission before the last date of admission, the fee will be returned to him/ her after deducting 10% of the admission fees deposited. Only caution money will be refunded if a candidate leaves the programme after the said date. In case where candidates have given an undertaking to the effect that their admission may be cancelled in case they fail to produce their result of qualifying exam by the last date of admission, they will not get any refund of admission fee except the caution money.

Jiwaji University BCom course admission is entirely merit-based for the academic year 2024. The admissions are made on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the Class 12 examination. Candidates who are Commerce/ Management Graduate with 50% aggregate (relaxation of 5% for bonafide SC/ ST/ OBC applicants of Madhya Pradesh only and, Physically Challenged candidates) can get admission to the BCom programme.

Jiwaji University BCom application fees of INR 1,000 (INR 800 for SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates) together with INR 200 registration per subject has to be paid through MP Online. For BCom course, the registration fee of INR 200 per course/ subject has to be paid along with the application fees of INR 1,000 at the kiosk center.
