It is difficult to get this college, but you have to try for 2-3rd round of counselling.

No, you can't get admission in spa Delhi with this score in JEE Mains paper 2. I will suggest you to go for private colleges like Amity University or Lovely Professional University in Delhi for Bachelor of Architecture Courses.

It will be very difficult for you to get admission in spa Vijayawada for Bachelor of architecture courses. Although you should give a try and participate in counselling. If seats will be available in final rounds, then only you can get admission. Otherwise not possible. Best of luck.
