Yes, a mechanical Diploma holder can join Mechatronics in lateral entry scheme.

Since, according to information provided, your rank is 95th, that is under 100. You'll easily get admission in any of your desired colleges accepting APECET. Moreover, in the top colleges, you might get CSE or M.Tech other than B.Tech. Best of luck.

Since you are from SC category you will get a seat. Last year data shows its possible for you to get a seat in this campus.
