JANTUA admissions are done on entrance-basis. The basic eligibility requires the candidates to pass Class 12 or its equivalent exam with a minimum aggregate of 45%. Hence, you can certainly apply for the BTech course even if you have scored less than 75% in your Class 12 boards. However, BTech admissions at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University are accepted on the basis of valid score obtained in the accepted entrance exams (AP EAMCET, JEE Mains, AP ECET) followed by counselling. Only those who meet the cut-off and satisfy all the parameters will be allocated a seat at the university for the BTech programme.
