No, it's not hard to get into JP College of engineering. You need to meet the minimum eligibility criteria and decent score in the entrance exam or 12th exams ( at least 45% aggregate). The admission will be based on cutoffs provided by the college. The competition is moderate but it can be higher for popular courses.

Yes, the admissions are open at JP College of Engineering for both undergraduate and postgraduate Courses. For BE and BTech admissions, the TNEA counseling process will be conducted. The rank list will be released on 27 June.

The food at the hostel mess is average and okay-ish . While the canteen food is good and decent as per the students. Hygiene is properly maintained while preparing food.

Yes, the college has a dedicated training and placement cell . The cell is dedicated to supporting students in achieving their career goals by developing essential job seeking skills and securing their employment. But the placement opportunities are decent, there are no intership opportunities through the college students have to find their own internships.

To be eligible to take admission in JP College Of Engineering you need to pass 12th with 45% aggregate and the accepting entrance exam TNEA. The college offers BE? BTECH course in 7 specialisations . Admission is based on the merit scores achieved by candidates in the last exam be it 12th or TNEA. After the entrance exam, admission will be alloted through councelling process.

The hostel fee at JP College of Engineering is around INR 30000 per year. The college has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostel fees vary based on various criteria such as the type of accommodation (single bed or multiple beds), AC or Non-AC room, etc. The hostel rooms are decent, and the staff is also friendly and supportive.

Yes JP College of Engineering is a known institute particularly in Tamil nadu state. It is affiliated with Anna University and approved by AICTE. It offers various undergraduate engineering courses such as civil engineering, computer Science and engineering, electrical and electronics engineering and many othes with  a well-equipped infrastructure, library, hostel facilities.

JP College of Engineering is a private engineering college offering various undergraduate courses . It is affiliated to Anna University and recognised by AICTE as well. The placement opportunities are decent, many students are placed every year with reputed MNC. The faculty is also dedicated and experienced. With seminars and guest lectures the student are provided with knowledge from the experts.

The semester exam results declared at JP College Engineering is usually within a 20-30 days for odd semester, while even semester results are delcared in 30-40 days period. As the odd semester for academic year 2024-2025 was declared on 19th April 2025. Its same as the tentative date floated by the Institute for result declaration.
