The JSPM University BSc requires Common University Entrance Exams (CUET) for admissions. CUET exams are generally considered moderate exams. The syllabus of CUET focuses on Class 12 fundamentals, which makes it easy for students to crack and score good ranks. For forensic Science the university asks for valid scores in AIFSET exams. This exam is also not considered tough. The syllabus focuses on Class 11-12 physics, biology, chemistry and a basic aptitude test.

Yes, you can join the JSPM University BSc programme directly through merit-based selection. If you have 45% (40% for reserved category) marks in Class 12, you can apply for the admission. The university releases a merit list after the counselling process, if your name comes in the merit list, that means you are selected. But do not solely rely on Class 12 marks, as the university also accepts entrance exams; it is preferred to appear in CUET to get admissions.
