Is it possible to get migrated to IGNOU from Kadi Mir University after B.A. 3rd semester?

Hi, the usual and direct answer would be no, you can't migrate from IGNOU after 3rd semester as per the UGC guidelines. However, if you write a letter to the IGNOU director and Kadi Mir University authorities, there may be an exception.
